Food for good believes that healthy eating and living is something that each of us has to learn. It is not something that can be adopted quickly as old habits die hard. Therefore the earlier we start to adopt this habit, the better will be the outcome.

We use fresh and organic products where possible. We do not use MSG, but instead use Himalayan salt for flavoring. We use natural sweetness from fruits, rather than white, highly processed sugar. We do not use artificial sweeteners, but only when necessary, we use stevia or coconut palm sugar which has a lower GI. We do not use tap water in our food preparation, instead we use pure Petone artesian water because it is not chlorinated or fluoridated. We use extra virgin olive oil and extra virgin coconut oil when needed in our recipes.
